Junior Road Safety Officers

At Woolton Hill Junior School, we are committed to promoting road safety to ensure our children are safe whilst travelling to and from school.

Mrs Wallace and Mrs Dickson held a competition to design a road safety poster.  The winners from Lower School and Upper School received a prize each and had the honour of their poster being displayed around school.

We have recently appointed two new JRSO pupils for our school.  They attended a special training day at a local school.  A JRSO is a young person with the special responsibility of helping children keep safe on the roads.  Our JRSO pupils will soon be holding their own assembly to tell you all about how to keep safe while walking or cycling to school.
