Day 2 Year 5 Isle of Wight residential trip

The children and staff woke up to a foggy morning and a delicious breakfast.  There was so much to choose from: cereals, toast, juice and a hearty cooked breakfast plus a continental choice.  Our first destination was Dinosaur Isle where the children explored the beach looking for fossils.  There was even a surprise Spitfire flying over ahead.  After a picnic lunch next to the sea, we took a boat ride to look at the Needles and Alum Bay; the children were excited to finally be able to spend their pocket money.  Our final visit of the day was to Ryde superbowl.  What an amazing second day we have had!
