We woke up to a drop in temperature but, after breakfast, a brisk walk in the sun had us singing and taking in the stunning views. After trying out some giant deck-chairs amid much hilarity, we continued our walk to an obelisk at the top of a hill. Around us, we could see the mainland, the campsite, Shanklin and a tall ship out in the bay.
The children have enjoyed making bottle rockets, following an obstacle trail blindfold, archery (budding Olympic archers in the making!) and climbing - with quite a few making it to the top. After a lovely roast dinner the group enjoyed a campfire partytime!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
