All children are expected to have the correct PE kit in school every day for PE lessons. (Refer to the 'Uniform' page for details of this.)
No earrings, watches or jewellery to be worn. (Only new earrings should be covered for the initial 6 week period.)
When the lower school children attend swimming sessions, they are expected to bring their full swimming kit (including swimming hats) into school as and when required - you will be notified of dates in advance. Both subjects are compulsory subjects under the National Curriculum.
Teachers monitor the provision of the correct kit for each lesson.
You will be notified if your child has not brought in their full kit. While wanting our pupils to be independent and responsible for bringing in their own kit, we would appreciate your support in ensuring they have the appropriate clothing in school.
Office staff are not required to phone home to ask for forgotten PE or Swimming kits to be brought into school. Any such call made will be made as a courtesy only and at the staff's discretion.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
